I wanted to tell you that we were shocked by the extremely pleasant attitude of Marcus. Marcus walked to the top of the driveway to bring both garbage cans to the back of the house, probably 1/8 mile each way. I usually drive to the top and put them in the back of the car. It is hard to even find people to bring in the paper from the front steps so you can see how Marcus went above and beyond. 
Plus the area we wanted the set installed was still not 100% cleared of debris so he actually helped me move a few larger items. In fact, he actually started moving them himself and I jumped in to help. It was such a pleasant experience that I wish everybody who came to the house to do work was like Marcus. He was flexible, knowledgeable and truly showed an above and beyond customer service attitude.
